Canadian Book Depot offers the following Returns Policy: Customer Returns

Due to deep discount pricing on all books, Canadian Book Depot will only accept book returns for purchase credits. No cash or credit refunds. Books must be in the condition described on our website at time of shipping and be returned with 14 days of customer receipt. 

Cash or credit refunds, including shipping and handling fees, will be approved for confirmed shipment errors or books received that are not as described at time of shipping.
